多元醇聚醚/脂肪醇混合型吸收剂对VOCs吸收的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 减少挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放是我国“十四五”时期环境治理领域的重要课题。现有的VOCs处理技术可分为冷凝回收、吸附吸收和分解三类,其中吸附吸收技术兼具较高的处理效率和较好的经济性,是相对理想的VOCs处理手段。但是,现有的VOCs吸附吸收技术通用性差。试验采用多元醇聚醚和脂肪醇组合作为吸收剂,经测试,“三聚甘油/四甘醇+三甘醇单甘醚/四甘醇二丁醚+十二醇”的组合对正己烷、二氯甲烷、甲苯、丙酮四种模拟VOCs具有98%以上的吸收率,在化工中试车间的工况测试中,“三聚甘油+四甘醇二丁醚+十二醇”的组合实现99%以上的VOCs吸收,处理后尾气VOCs浓度不超过10 mg/m^(3)。 Reducing the emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is an important issue in the field of environmental governance in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.The existing VOCs treatment technologies can be divided into three categories,namely condensation recovery,adsorption absorption,and decomposition,among them,adsorption absorption technology has high treatment efficiency and good economy,making it a relatively ideal VOCs treatment method.However,the existing VOCs adsorption absorption technologies have poor universality.The experiment uses a combination of polyol polyether and fatty alcohol as absorbers,after testing,the combination of“trimeric glycerol/tetraethylene glycol+triethylene glycol monoether/tetraethylene glycol dibutyl ether+dodecanol”has an absorption rate of over 98%for four simulated VOCs,namely n-hexane,dichloromethane,toluene,and acetone,in the working condition testing of the chemical pilot plant,the combination of“trimeric glycerol+tetraethylene glycol dibutyl ether+dodecanol”achieves over 99%VOCs absorption,and the concentration of VOCs in the treated exhaust gas does not exceed 10 mg/m^(3).
