RDF技术资源化处理园林废弃物的应用研究——以佛山市南海区为例

摘要 在垃圾分类、碳减排、碳达峰碳中和及无废城市建设的政策导向下,开展园林废弃物资源化利用,建设投资低、运行成本低、资源化产品附加值高的现代化园林废弃物资源化处理系统是当代固废资源化研发工作的重点,也是当今城市发展中急需解决的问题。佛山市南海区园林废弃物资源化利用中心采用垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)技术对园林废弃物进行资源化处理,其主要由粗破碎、粉碎、热源混气、烘干、造粒、冷却打包及降温除尘等处理工序组成,主要资源化产品为垃圾衍生燃料和生物质粉碎料。该中心占地面积为4 667 m2,总投资为1 037.81万元,设计处理规模为120 t/d,年累计处理园林废弃物3.96万t,共生产垃圾衍生燃料1.49万t、生物质粉碎料0.56万t,年经营收入为1 096.92万元。该项目较好地实现园林废弃物的资源化和能源化利用,其成功实施不仅带来显著的示范效应,还为其他城市园林废弃物的资源化利用提供有益借鉴。 Under the policy guidance of garbage classification,carbon reduction,carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and the construction of zero-waste city,carrying out the resource utilization of garden waste,constructing a modern garden waste resource treatment system with low investment,low operating costs,and high added value of resource products,is the focus of contemporary solid waste resource research and development work,and is also an urgent problem to be solved in urban development today.The Nanhai District Garden Waste Resource Utilization Center in Foshan City uses refuse derived fuel(RDF)technology to treat garden waste,it mainly consists of rough crushing,crushing,heat source mixing,drying,granulation,cooling and packaging,and cooling and dust removal processes,and the main resource products are refuse derived fuel and biomass crushing materials.The center covers an area of 4667 m2,with a total investment of 10.3781 million yuan,the designed treatment scale is 120 t/d,and the annual cumulative treatment of garden waste is 39600 t,it produces 14900 t of refuse derived fuel and 5600 t of biomass crushing materials,with an annual operating income of 10.9692 million yuan.This project effectively realizes the resource and energy utilization of garden waste,and its successful implementation not only brings significant demonstration effects,but also provides useful reference for the resource utilization of garden waste in other cities.
