燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放工艺路线分析

摘要 脱硫废水存在极大的环境污染风险,零排放是燃煤电厂实现绿色发展的客观要求。本文结合石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫过程的废水特性,分析燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放的工艺路线,从而实现废水的减量化和零排放。研究表明,“加药软化+管式膜+碟管式反渗透(DTRO)+多效蒸发”组合工艺是经济可行的工艺路线,为燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放提供一种环保高效的解决方案。 Desulfurization wastewater poses great environmental pollution risks,and zero discharge is an objective requirement for coal-fired power plants to achieve green development.Based on the wastewater characteristics of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process,this paper analyzes the process route for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants,in order to achieve wastewater reduction and zero discharge.Research has shown that the combination process of“drug softening+tubular membrane+disc tube reverse osmosis(DTRO)+multi effect evaporation”is an economically feasible process route,providing an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants.
