植酸酶对鲫生长的影响

摘要 该研究以鲫(Carassius auratus)为研究对象,探讨了植酸酶(Phytase Enzyme)对无胃鱼类生长的影响。试验共挑选了同批次体重为(38.50±3.0)g的鲫240尾。分为A组(对照组)、B组、C组和D组。每一组60尾,分3个平行处理小组,每个小组20尾。A组投喂基础日粮,B组投喂添加有600U/kg植酸酶预处理的基础日粮,C组投喂添加有1200U/kg植酸酶预处理的基础日粮,D组投喂加有1800U/kg植酸酶预处理的基础日粮。整个饲养试验为期45d。结果发现,C组的末期体重、增重率极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),B组的末期体重、增重率显著地高于对照组(P<0.05),D组的末期体重、增重率和对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),C组的饵料系数极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01),B组的饵料系数显著地低于对照组(P<0.05),D组和对照组的饵料系数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究显示,在鲫饲料中添加植酸酶可以促进鲫的生长,同时降低饵料系数,以1200U/kg添加量最优。 This study investigated the effect of phytase enzyme on the growth of the fish using Carassius auratus.A total of 240 crucian carp of the same batch weighing(38.50±3.0)g were selected for the experiment.It was divided into group A(control group),group B,group C and group D.The fish were divided into three groups.Group A was fed with basal diet,Group B was fed with basal diet supplemented with 600U/kg phytase,Group C was fed with basal diet supplemented with 1200U/kg phytase and Group D was fed with basal diet supplemented with 1800 U/kg phytase.The whole feeding trial lasted for 45 days.It was found that the final body weight and weight gain rate of group C was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the final body weight and weight gain rate of group D was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05),and the bait coefficients of group C were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),group B was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and group D was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The baiting coefficient of group B was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference between the baiting coefficients of group D and the control group(P>0.05).The study showed that the addition of phytase to crucian carp feed could promote the growth of Carassius auratus and reduce the bait coefficient at the same time,and the optimal amount of 1200 U/kg was added.
