基于激光传感和机器视觉的变电站通道监控研究

摘要 变电站内隐患区域与异常状况在属性上分属不同传感特征,无法通过单一监控形式完整表达。针对当前变电站通道监控以单一监控形式为主,存在安全隐患与异常状况检测精度低的问题,导致监控效果不佳,提出运用激光传感技术和机器视觉技术双监控的模式,对变电站通道完成监控,形成监控互补。通过在变电站通道布置激光传感器,采集变电站通道安全隐患数据,构建分布密度函数判断变电站通道的安全隐患,利用机器视觉技术采集变电站通道监控图像特征,实现了变电站通道内异常情况监控。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确监控变电站通道安全隐患区域和通道内的异常情况,提升变电站安全监控效果。 The hidden danger area and abnormal condition in the substation belong to different sensing characteristics in attribute,which can-not be fully expressed through a single monitoring form.In response to the current single monitoring form of substation channel monitoring,which has low detection accuracy for safety hazards and abnormal conditions,resulting in poor monitoring results,a dual monitoring mode using laser sensing technology and machine vision technology is proposed to complete monitoring of sub-station channels and form complementary monitoring.By arranging laser sensors in the substation channel,collecting data on safety hazards in the substation channel,constructing a distribution density function to determine the safety hazards in the substa-tion channel,and using machine vision technology to collect monitoring image features of the substation channel,abnormal condi-tions in the substation channel are monitored.The experimental results show that this method can accurately monitor the safety hazard areas and abnormal situations in the substation channel,and improve the safety monitoring effect of the substation.
