数字孪生虚拟制衣平台的设计

摘要 本文针对传统制衣行业存在的服装设计流程复杂、打板制样步骤繁琐、生产线无法满足定制化生产需求等问题,提出基于数字孪生的虚拟制衣平台。该平台基于数字化虚拟仿真设计,使用量体数据完成定制化服装生产。参数化设计系统获取量体数据,结合款式面料和辅料系统,根据人体尺寸进行参数化制版,形成定制化智能样版;根据智能制版进行排料裁剪缝制等工序,能够实现大部分传统制衣流程,可有效降低服装行业的时间成本和经济成本,提高服装设计、打板、试产的效率。可实现从人体尺寸获取、在线下单,到服装尺寸优化、面料制版裁剪,最后到生产线缝制的全生命周期智能化,实现服装定制行业的智能制造。 The paper proposes a virtual clothing platform based on digital twins to address the issues of complex clothing design processes.A virtual clothing platform based on digital twins is proposed to address the problems of complex clothing design processes,cum-bersome sample making steps,and inability of production lines to meet customized production needs in the traditional clothing in-dustry.This platform is based on digital virtual simulation design,which can achieve most traditional clothing making processes,effectively reduce the time and economic costs of the clothing industry,and improve the efficiency of clothing design,pattern making,and trial production.It can achieve intelligent manufacturing throughout the entire life cycle,from obtaining human body dimensions,placing orders online,optimizing clothing dimensions,fabric plate making and cutting,and finally to production line sewing,achieving intelligent manufacturing in the clothing customization industry.
