医疗欠费预警与催款系统改进设计

当前医疗欠费预警与催款系统缺少人性化设计,欠款指标过于单一,提出医疗欠费预警与催款系统。确定医疗欠费判断特征变量,建立医疗欠费特征变量状态矩阵,引入主成分分析算法,建立医疗欠费预警模型;以医院大数据技术为支撑,设计预警人员客户端定位算法,当系统出现欠费预警提示时,直接定位欠费预警患者客户端,发送催款信息,实现医疗欠费预警与催款。仿真实验测试结果表明系统性能和功能测试结果符合系统设计预期,可以满足医疗欠费预警与催款需求。

At present,the medical arrears early warning and dunning system is lack of humanized design,and the arrears index is too single.The medical arrears early warning and dunning system is proposed.It determines the characteristic variables of medical arrears judgment,establishes the state matrix of characteristic variables of medical arrears,introduces the principal component analysis al-gorithm,and establishes the early warning model of medical arrears;Based on the hospital big data technology,the client position-ing algorithm of early warning personnel is designed.When the system gives an early warning prompt of arrears,the client of ar-rears early warning patients is directly located,and the payment reminder information is sent to realize medical arrears early warn-ing and payment reminder.Simulation test results show that the system performance and function test results meet the system de-sign expectations,and can meet the needs of medical arrears early warning and dunning.
