摘要 针对在二次电缆长度测量和统计过程中,接触式的方法过度依赖选择的测量仪器,统计人工性较强,导致总统计成本较高。提出基于数字化三维技术的二次电缆长度自动统计方法。采用数字化三维技术处理多条基本线缆,利用线束分支结构和线束主结构,组成二次电缆三维信息模型,分析挡块与二次电缆的几何关系,测量三维位移场,获得独立的二次电缆的动态长度,从二次电缆模型中选择三个参考点,经过拼接转换计算,统计出二次电缆整体长度。实验结果表明:设计的方法测量成本和检测误差成本均低于计划成本,与常规的人工统计方法相比,经济性更高。 In the process of secondary cable length measurement and statistics,the contact method relies too much on the selected measuring instruments,and the statistical labor is strong,resulting in the high cost of presidential meter.An automatic statistical method of secondary cable length based on digital three-dimensional technology is proposed.The digital three-dimensional technology is used to process multiple basic cables,and the harness branch structure and harness main structure are used to form the three-di-mensional information model of the secondary cable.The geometric relationship between the stop and the secondary cable is ana-lyzed,the three-dimensional displacement field is measured,and the dynamic length of the independent secondary cable is ob-tained.Three reference points are selected from the secondary cable model and calculated through splicing and conversion to count the overall length of secondary cable.The experimental results show that the measurement cost and detection error cost of the designed method are lower than the planned cost,and the economy is higher than the conventional manual statistical method.
