基于藏药药性理论的三味甘露散不同配方及其配伍特点与功效研究

Study on Different Formulas, Compatibility Characteristics and Efficacy of Sanwei Ganlu Powder based on the Theory of Zang Medicine

目的:系统分析经典三味甘露散和洽库三味甘露散的组方来源、“味性化味效”配伍、功效等,为藏药经典方三味甘露散临床用药和科学研究奠定理论基础。方法:采用文献法挖掘整理藏医药古籍和现代文献中三味甘露散两种不同配方各组方味、性、化味、效能、剂量、主治功效等,并建立数据库分析其配伍规律、主治功效特征等。结果:经典三味甘露散由寒水石、甘青青兰、藏木香三种藏药材组成,药味以“甘味”“苦味”为主,化味以“甘味”为主,药性以“性平”为主,“寒性”为辅,效能以“钝”“干”“重”“润”为主,主要对治“隆、赤巴、培根”三因聚合型疾病;洽库三味甘露散由寒水石、辰砂、阿瓦草三种藏药材组成,药味以“甘味”为主,化味以“甘味”为主,药性以“寒性”为主,“性平”为辅,效能以“重”“润”“凉”“稀”“干”为主,方剂功效主要是对治“血”“赤巴”等热性疾病和“隆与赤巴”的混合型疾病。结论:藏药经典方三味甘露散使用历史悠久,疗效确切,临床应用中取得了良好的口碑,文章分析探讨了藏药经典方三味甘露散两种不同配方组方来源、配伍规律及主治功效特征等,为今后其理论研究、扩大临床应用范围提供理论参考,充分体现其临床价值和科研价值。

Objective Systematically and comprehensively analyze the composition source, “taste transforming effect” compatibility, and efficacy of the classic Sanwei Ganlu Powder and Qiaku Sanwei Ganlu Powder, laying a theoretical foundation for clinical medication and scientific research of the classic Zang medicine Sanwei Ganlu Powder.Methods Using the literature method, we collected and sorted out two different formulations of Sanwei Ganlu Powder in ancient Zang medicine books and modern literature, including the flavor, properties, flavor, efficacy, dosage, and main efficacy. A database was established to analyze the compatibility rules and main efficacy characteristics of each formulation.Results The classic Sanwei Ganlu Powder is composed of three Zang medicinal materials: cold water stone, Ganqing Qinglan, and Zang Muxiang. The medicinal taste is mainly “sweet” and “bitter”, the chemical taste is mainly “sweet”, the medicinal properties are mainly “mild”, supplemented by “cold”, and the efficacy is mainly “dull” “dry” “heavy” and “moist”. It is mainly used to treat “Long, Chiba, and Bacon” three cause polymerized diseases;“Qiaku Sanwei Ganlu Powder is composed of three Zang medicinal materials: cold water stone, cinnabar, and avocado. The medicinal flavor is mainly” sweet taste, “while the chemical flavor is mainly” sweet taste.“The medicinal properties are mainly” cold nature, “supplemented by” mild nature. “The efficacy is mainly” “heavy”“moist”“cool”“dilute” and “dry”. The efficacy of the prescription is mainly to treat heat related diseases such as“blood”“chiba”, and mixed diseases such as“lung and chiba”.Conclusion The classic prescription of Zang medicine Sanwei Ganlu Powder has a long history of use, accurate efficacy, and has achieved good reputation in clinical application. This article analyzes and discusses the sources, compatibility rules, and main efficacy characteristics of two different formulations of the classic prescription of Zang medicine Sanwei Ganlu Powder, providing theoretical reference for future theoretical research, expanding the scope of clinical application, and indications, fully reflecting its clinical and scientific value.
