摘要
目的:优选金荞麦水提取工艺。方法:采用熵权法确定表儿茶素提取率和干膏率的权重并计算综合得分,以综合得分为指标,采用正交试验设计,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,优化金荞麦水提取工艺。结果:金荞麦最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次提取60 min。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定可行,可用于金荞麦的提取。
Objective To optimize the water extraction of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma. Methods The weight coefficients and comprehensive score of the extraction rates of epicatechin and dry extract were calculated by entropy weight method. The water addition, extraction time and extraction times were optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: refluxing extracted 3 times with 10 folds water, 60 min for each time. Conclusion The optimized extraction process was stable and feasible, which can be used for the extraction of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma.
