在平台时代,创建新平台或连接既有平台提供补足品,正在成为创业的基本范式和行动指向。对大众而言,连接既有平台的平台型创业更加切实可行。平台型创业是基于多边(双边)市场空间或平台组织授权提供补足品,借助平台资源与价值网络,对补足品拥有经营控制权而享有剩余控制权的创业模式。平台型创业分为两大基本模式:平台组织嵌入型和平台市场进驻型,后者具体包括平台承运型创业、集市型平台创业、园区型平台创业、社区型平台创业、网络型平台创业五种方式。平台型创业需通过寻找平台创业空间、填补价值网络缺口、借用平台力量、设置创价关卡等路径付诸实施。平台型创业模式让大众创业变得高效易行、风险更低,对于推动大众创业意义重大,有必要推广应用。

In the era of platform,establishing a new platform or connecting existing platforms to provide supplements are becoming the basic paradigm and action direction of entrepreneurship.It is more feasible to connect the existing platforms for the mass.Platform-based entrepreneurship,by means of two-sided or multi-sided market space or platform organization′s authorization to provide supplements,with the help of platform resources and the value network,is an entrepreneurial mode that has business control over supplements and residual control.There are two basic types:platform organization embedded and platform market entered.The latter is divided into five types including platform carriage,market platform,park platform,community platform and network platform.Platform-based entrepreneurship needs to be implemented by finding platform space,filling the gap of value network,borrowing platform power and setting value barriers.It makes entrepreneurship more efficient and less risky,which is of great significance to promote the mass entrepreneurship,and it is necessary to promote its application.
