The recent years has seen steady improvement in the scale and operation quality of CR Express,with its brand benefits on the increase.However,with the substantial growth of traffic volume,each border port and foreign channel have become saturated in capacity,leaving the CR express market facing severe challenges due to problems such as increased trains’stay time at the border port,lowered whole process transportation efficiency and instable operation time.Based on the analysis of current development of CR Express,and the problems in operation,a discussion was made on strategy for the design of CR Express products and organization of fast and direct whole process trains.According to practical case studies,optimizing the operation of fast and direct whole process CR Express is beneficial for further improving the timeliness and stability of CR Express,enri ching the product structure,and enhancing its market competitiveness.
