基于货运管控平台的交接班与可视化场站配置作用探讨

摘要 铁路货运生产作业与管控平台是实现货运信息化管理的核心技术平台。结合管理信息化特点与可视化场站配置需求对场站交接班管理和场站资源进行全面且直观的设计已成为必然趋势。相较于现有的货运生产作业系统,可视化的呈现方式能够提升用户体验,同时可以实现各项生产作业数据贯通,强化对现场作业实时掌控,并通过各生产环节数据的逻辑校验,自动研判管理问题和安全风险,从而提高铁路货场作业的安全性和实效性,实现运输组织一体化、应急处置高效化、设备管理显性化、安全管控精准化、客户服务智能化目标。 The railway freight operation and control platform is a core technology platform to realize the management informatization of freight transportation.Combined with the characteristics of management informatization and the visual station configuration requirements,it has become an inevitable trend to comprehensively and intuitively design shift handover management and resources in the station.Compared with the existing operation system of freight transportation,the visual presentation can improve the user experience,realize the integration of various operation data,and strengthen the real-time control of field operations.It can also automatically study and judge management problems and safety risks through the logical verification of data in each link,so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of railway freight yard operations.It will better realize the integration of transportation organization,efficient emergency handling,explicit equipment management,accurate safety management and control,and intelligent customer service.
