摘要
本研究以多元文化和人本文学理论框架为基础,结合文献研究和实际案例,深入探讨了这两者在种业公司跨国人才管理中的优势与作用,并提出了整合多元文化和人本文学的管理策略。研究发现,多元文化和人本文学在跨国人才管理中不仅可以单独发挥作用,还可以互为补充,有助于提高跨国人才的工作投入、创新以及种业公司的全球竞争力。研究强调了文化认同、跨文化培训、领导力发展、员工参与和反馈等关键因素在成功整合多元文化和人本文学方面的重要性。本研究也为其他面临跨国人才管理的组织提供了有益的启示,并提出了未来研究方向,以进一步探讨这一重要课题。
Based on the theoretical frameworks of multiculturalism and human-centric culture,this study delves into the advantages and roles of these two aspects in multinational talent management within the seed industry,and proposes management strategies that integrate multiculturalism and humanistic culture.The study found that multiculturalism and humanistic culture can not only play a separate role in multinational talent management,but also complement each other,helping to improve the work engagement,innovation for multinational talents,and global competitiveness for seed industries.The study emphasizes the importance of key factors such as cultural identity,cross-cultural training,leadership development,employee engagement and feedback in successfully integrating multiculturalism and humanistic culture.This study also provides useful insights for other organizations facing multinational talent management and proposes future research directions to further explore this important topic.
