磨矿过程对硫化铜镍矿石浮选的影响 被引量:1

摘要 磨矿过程对硫化铜镍矿石浮选存在影响,对相关研究进行了总结。研究表明,磨矿介质的尺寸、外形、配比、材质,磨矿环境等相关参数主要通过影响磨矿产品的粒度组成及磨矿过程中的电化学反应影响硫化铜镍矿石的浮选。特定外形、尺寸、配比的磨矿介质可影响矿石中硫化矿物及脉石矿物的粉碎行为,结合矿石力学性质进行特定调控,可提升磨矿效率,改善磨矿产品中硫化矿物及脉石矿物的粒度分布,提升浮选指标;磨矿介质的材质主要通过影响磨矿过程的电化学反应影响矿物的浮选,由于原电池效应,铸铁等活性介质磨矿时会产生大量亲水化合物,覆盖于硫化矿物表面阻碍其上浮,改用不锈钢等惰性介质可避免这一点,同时降低介质损耗,此外,铸铁等介质产生的铁离子等可能会活化脉石矿物,进一步恶化浮选指标;不同气氛下磨矿也会影响矿物浮选,在氮气气氛下磨矿时,磨矿介质发生的电化学反应微弱,产生的亲水化合物较少,硫化矿物一般可获得比空气气氛下磨矿更高的回收率,而氧气气氛下磨矿则会降低矿物可浮性;干磨湿磨等磨矿方式差异也会通过影响硫化矿物表面组成等方式影响其可浮性。总的来说,磨矿过程对硫化铜镍矿石的浮选影响是多方面的,在对相关参数进行调整时,应结合具体的矿石性质开展详细的试验研究,以获得良好的浮选指标。 The influence of grinding process on the flotation of copper-nickel sulfide ore was summarized.The results showed that the size,shape,ratio,material of grinding media,grinding environment and other related parameters mainly affected the flotation of copper-nickel sulfide ore by affecting the particle size composition of the grinding products and the electrochemical reaction in the grinding process.The grinding media with specific shape,size and proportion can affect the grinding behavior of sulfide minerals and gangue minerals in the ore,and the grinding efficiency can be improved by specific regulation and control combined with the mechanical properties of the ore,the particle size distribution of the sulfide minerals and the gangue minerals in the grinding products was improved,and the flotation index was improved.The material of the grinding medium mainly affected the flotation of minerals by affecting the electrochemical reaction in the grinding process.Due to the galvanic effect,a large number of hydrophilic compounds will be produced in the grinding with active media such as cast iron,which will cover the surface of sulfide minerals and hinder their flotation.Using inert media such as stainless steel can avoid this and reduce the wear loss.In addition,iron ions produced by cast iron and other media may activate gangue minerals and further deteriorate the flotation index.Grinding in different atmospheres can also affect mineral flotation.In nitrogen atmosphere,the electrochemical reaction of grinding medium was weak,and less hydrophilic compounds were produced.Sulfide minerals can generally obtain higher recovery than grinding in air atmosphere,while grinding in oxygen atmosphere will reduce the floatability of minerals.The difference of grinding methods such as dry grinding and wet grinding can also affect the floatability of sulfide minerals by affecting their surface composition.In general,the grinding process had various effects on the flotation of copper-nickel sulfide ore.When the relevant parameters were adjusted,detailed experimental study should be carried out in combination with the specific ore properties to obtain good flotation index.
