摘要
船用设备传感器是感知船用设备运行状态数据的重要装置,其可靠性对船用设备的健康评估和视情维修有重要影响。由于传感器故障模式多样,且缺少有效的可靠性数据,难以开展其可靠性评估工作。文章通过分析船用设备传感器的故障模式及故障机理,建立了各故障模式的故障模型和传感器的可靠性模型,给出了可靠性模型的参数估计方法,并通过融合现场数据和退化数据的方法补充可靠性数据,提升了可靠性评估方法的精度。最后,通过实例验证了可靠性评估方法的有效性。
Marine equipment sensor is an important device for sensing operational status data of marine equip-ment,and its reliability has an important impact on health evaluation and on-condition maintenance of marine equip-ment.However,due to various failure modes and a lack of effective reliability data,it is difficult to assess its reliabil-ity.The paper analyzes the failure modes and failure mechanisms of marine equipment sensors,and establishes the failure model of each failure mode and the reliability model of sensors.It gives the parameter estimation method of the reliability model.It boosts the accuracy of the reliability evaluation method by integrating field data and degraded data to compensate for reliability data.Finally,it affords an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
