中国女子冰壶队“北京周期”回顾评析及“米兰周期”备战策略

A Comprehensive Analysis of China's Women's Curling Team Performance during the"Beijing Quadrennium"and Preparation Strategic Insights for the"Milan Quadrennium"

运用文献资料、Dartfish运动视频分析、数理统计等方法回顾评析中国女子冰壶队“北京周期”的竞技表现态势。据此归纳总结“北京周期”竞技表现存在的不足:技术不够全面,缺乏一球解决多球的能力;战术单一,缺乏处理复杂局面的能力;大赛心理不成熟,临场发挥不稳定;训练中没有克服的难点,比赛中出现“克拉克”现象。基于队伍“北京周期”的竞技表现态势,本文提出了“米兰周期”的备战策略建议:①重视体能,引入“4T”训练理念,探索新思路;②强化专项基本功训练,提高投壶击打成功率;③严格教育队伍管理,改变惯性思维;④强调沟通与团队,重视训练比赛的总结与反馈。以此为冰壶教练员及管理辅助人员提供参考,为中国女子冰壶队备战米兰冬奥会提供借鉴。

This study employs research methods such as literature review,Darfish sports video analysis,and mathematical statistics to retrospectively assess the competitive dynamics of China's Women's Curling Team throughout the"Beijing Quadrennium."Findings indicate notable shortcomings during this period,including a lack of comprehensive technical proficiency,insufficient ability to resolve multiple stone scenarios with a single shot,a reliance on singular tactical approaches,limited capacity to navigate complex situations,an underdeveloped psychological resilience during major competitions,and training challenges leading to on-court inconsistencies,referred to as the"Clarke"phenomenon.Building upon insights from the""Beijing Quadrennium,"this paper proposes strategic preparations for the"Milan Quadrennium":(1)prioritizing physical fitness through the introduction of the"4T"training philosophy to explore innovative approaches;(2)enhancing specialized foundational skill training to elevate stone delivery and hitting success rates;(3)implementing rigorous team management practices and challenging conventional thinking;(4)emphasizing communication and teamwork,with a focus on reviewing and providing feedback on training matches.The objective is to offer theoretical guidance for curling coaches and support staff,providing valuable considerations for the preparation of China's Women's Curling Team for the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics.
