数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养探究

在大力发展体育康养产业的背景下,为提升高校体育康养人才的竞争力,需促进高校体育教育和康养、数字化技术与体育康养的有机融合,以此推动高校体育事业的发展和健康中国建设。在分析当前高校体育康养人才培养的现状基础上,本文研究了数字化时代体育康养产业需求侧的产业时代特征,梳理了在人才培养上的多元诉求与职业素质、能力要求,提出了在数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养的路径与策略,即:优化高校体育康养人才培养体系,提升高校体育康养人才的素质和能力,以此满足社会对高素质、多样化、专业化的体育康养人才需求。

Against the backdrop of a thriving sports and wellness industry,this study seeks to enhance the competitiveness of talent in sports and wellness within higher education.It advocates for the seamless integration of higher education in sports,wellness,and digital technology to drive the advancement of university sports and contribute to the establishment of a healthier China.Through an analysis of the current state of talent cultivation in sports and wellness at universities,the paper delves into the characteristics of the demand side in the digital age.It outlines diverse demands and professional competence requirements in talent cultivation,presenting a pathway and strategy for cultivating talent in sports and wellness at universities in the digital era.This involves optimizing the talent cultivation system,raising the quality and capabilities of sports and wellness professionals,and fulflling society's need for high-quality,diverse,and specialized talent in sports and wellness.
