经颅直流电刺激对运动知觉表现的影响

摘要 目的:探究经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)对体育专业大学生时间知觉和速度知觉表现的影响。方法:使用多功能经颅电刺激仪器真刺激组和假刺激组进行实验数据测试,采用SPSS26.0进行差异性分析。结果:真刺激组在受到tDCS刺激干预(刺激强度1.5mA,刺激时间20min)后时间知觉和速度知觉表现均有提升,并具有显著性差异(P<0.05);假刺激组在受到tDCS刺激干预(仅开始60s提供1.5mA的刺激强度)后时间知觉和速度知觉表现略有提升,但不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);真刺激组和假刺激组在时间知觉和速度知觉实验的前测中并无显著性差异,干预后即刻,真刺激组在时间知觉和速度知觉实验中的表现均优于假刺激组,时间知觉实验中2s、5s两种指标类型具有显著性差异(P<0.05),时间知觉实验中10s指标类型和速度知觉实验中快速、慢速两种指标类型不具有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:经颅直流电刺激可以在一定程度上提升受试者的时间知觉和速度知觉表现。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the influence of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on time perception and speed perception performance among university students majoring in sports.METHOD:Experimental data were collected using a multifunctional transcranial electrical stimulation instrument with both a real stimulation group and a sham stimulation group,and differential analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0.RESULTS:The real stimulation group demonstrated enhanced time perception and speed perception performance following tDCS intervention(stimulation intensity 1.5mA,stimulation duration 20min),showing significant differences(P<0.05).The sham stimulation group exhibited marginal improvements in time perception and speed perception performance after tDCS intervention(stimulation intensity of 1.5mA provided only for the initial 60s),but without significant differences(P≥0.05).No significant differences were observed between the real and sham stimulation groups in the pre-tests of time perception and speed perception experiments.Immediately post-intervention,the real stimulation group outperformed the sham stimulation group in both time perception and speed perception experiments.In time perception experiments,there were significant differences in the 2s and 5s metric types(P<0.05),while in time perception experiments,the 10s metric type,and in speed perception experiments,both fast and slow metric types showed no significant differences(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Transcranial direct current stimulation can moderately enhance subjects'time perception and speed perception performance.
