摘要 介绍了多级压差控制阀的工艺参数、工作原理及结构特点,设计了一种应用于某核能开发工程项目减温减压装置的功能部件,并对其结构设计、密封形式、口径、压差的选取、强度校核进行了详细的阐述。为确保满足复杂的实际工况,对控制阀的基本误差、回差、死区、额定行程偏差、耐压强度、填料函及其他连接处密封性、泄漏量、额定流量系数、固有流量特性进行检验验证,为解决流量变化范围大、高变压差等复杂工艺参数工况阀门的选型提供了参考。专利号:ZL202223305670.3。 This paper introduces the process parameters,working principle and structural characteristics of the multistage differential pressure control valve,designs a functional component applied to the reduction and decompression device of a nuclear energy development project,and expounds the structure design,sealing form,diameter,differential pressure selection and strength check in detail.In order to ensure the complex actual conditions,the basic error,return,dead zone,rated travel deviation,compressive strength,packing function and other joint sealing,leakage,rated flow coefficient,and inherent flow characteristics to provide the reference for valve selection of complex process parameters such as large flow change range and high variable pressure difference.Patent No.:ZL202223305670.3.
