核级气动隔离阀运行过程中力矩需求的研究

摘要 本文旨在研究核级气动隔离阀在运行过程中所需的力矩大小。通过对隔离阀的结构和工作原理进行分析,获得隔离阀在关闭状态且满足低泄漏量要求时其所需的力矩计算公式;通过模拟实际运营工况场景进行仿真分析计算,获取隔离阀在运行过程中不同角度下所需的力矩。最后通过实验测试不同风速和压力下隔离阀的力矩大小,并通过抗震试验验证隔离阀所选配执行机构其输出力矩的正确性。理论计算所得到的力矩需求曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,验证了采用理论计算的有效性和准确性。本文的研究结果对于隔离阀的设计和选型具有重要参考价值,可以节省试验成本,节约试验时间,提高工作效率。 The purpose of this paper is to study the torque required by the nuclear pneumatic isolation damper during operation.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the isolation damper,the formula for calculating the required torque of the isolation damper when it is in a closed state and meets the requirements of low leakage,and by simulating actual operating conditions to analyze and calculate the required torque of the isolation damper at different angles during operation.Finally,the torque of the isolation damper under different flow rates and pressures was tested through experiments,and the correctness of the output torque of the selected actuator for the isolation damper was verified through seismic tests.The torque demand curve obtained from theoretical calculations is in good agreement with the experimental curve,verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of adopted theoretical calculations.The research results of this paper have important reference value for the design and selection of isolation dampers,which can save test costs,test time,and improve work efficiency.
