家庭教育法制化背景下我国家庭体育的机遇、挑战与路径

Opportunities,Challenges and Development Paths of Family Sports under the Background of Family Education Legalization

《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的颁布确立了家庭教育的重要地位,为我国家庭体育的开展提供了法律支撑、有利于提高全社会对家庭体育的重视、有利于激发儿童青少年参与体育锻炼的热情、有利于促进家庭体育的市场升级和服务转型。然而,我国家庭体育仍面临以下挑战:家庭体育环境基础薄弱,对儿童青少年体育支持不足;“家-校-社”沟通存在障碍,协同机制尚未形成;家庭体育锻炼场地、设施数量供应不足;家庭体育锻炼的指导不足,服务质量亟待提升。基于上述问题导向,从优化家庭体育环境、强化“家-校-社”协同治理、保障场地设施供应、强化家庭体育指导等方面提出以下建议:建立“以家庭为中心”的家庭体育发展新模式;加强“家-校-社”协同联动机制,促进家庭体育的协同治理;补齐家庭体育锻炼场地设施短板,拓展体育锻炼空间;创新家庭体育锻炼指导形式,提高锻炼的科学性。

Family Education establishes the important position of family education,provides legal support for the development of family sports in China,which is conducive to raising the attention of the whole society to family sports,stimulating the enthusiasm of children and teenagers to participate in physical exercise,and promoting the market upgrading and service transformation of family sports.However,family sports in our country still face the following challenges:The foundation of family sports environment is weak relatively,and support of sports for children and adolescents is insufficient;“Home-school-community”communication barriers exist,and the collaborative mechanism has not yet formed;Insufcient supply of physical exercise venues and facilities at home;The guidance of family in physical exercise is insufcient,and the service quality is urgent for improvement.Based on the above problem orientation,the following suggestions are put forward to optimize the family environment,strengthen the“home-schoolcommunity”collaborative governance,ensure the supply of venue facilities,strengthen the family sports guidance:Establish a“family-centered”new model of family sports development;Strengthen the“home-school-community”synergistic linkage mechanism to promote the collaborative governance of family sports;Make up for the shortcomings of family sports facilities and expand the space of sports exercise;Innovate the form of guidance for family physical exercise,improve the scientifc nature of exercise.
