摘要
本论文旨在探索和研究基于闸板浅端凹面的数控加工技术。闸板是一种常见的阀门构件,在阀门领域中广泛应用。然而,由于其特殊的形状和凹面结构,传统的加工方法往往无法满足高精度和高效率的要求。本研究着重分析了MVUNR 2525M 16型外圆车刀在数控车床上加工平行式闸板的凹面切削特性,并利用该外圆刀具可在一定程度上加工内圆上的特殊性,实现平行式闸板的凹面稳定、高效加工。研究结果表明,该加工方法能够实现对闸板凹面的精确加工,并具备较高的加工效率和加工质量。本论文的研究成果对于提高闸板制造的精度和效率具有重要的实际意义。未来,可以进一步研究优化数控加工方案,探索更多材料和形状的闸板加工应用,以满足不同领域的需求。
The aim of this thesis is to explore and investigate the CNC machining technology based on the concave surface of the shallow end of the gate plate.Gate plate is a common engineering component,which is widely used in the field of valves.However,due to its special shape and concave structure,traditional machining methods often fail to meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency.This study focuses on analyzing the concave cutting characteristics of the MVUNR 2525M 16 external turning tool for machining parallel gate plates on a CNC lathe,and takes advantage of the special feature that this external tool can machine the inner circle to a certain extent,to achieve stable and high-efficiency machining of concave surfaces of parallel gate plates.The research results show that the machining method can achieve accurate machining of the concave side of the gate plate,and has high machining efficiency and machining quality.The research results of this thesis are of great practical significance for improving the precision and efficiency of gate plate manufacturing.In the future,further research can be carried out to optimize the CNC machining scheme and explore the application of gate plate machining with more materials and shapes to meet the needs of different fields.
