摘要
密封副是影响耐磨球阀稳定运行关键组件之一,在温度和压力耦合载荷作用下产生的应力易造成密封失效或启闭扭矩过大等问题。当密封副材料在低于其屈服强度的循环应力下长期工作时,容易发生疲劳断裂现象,影响阀门正常使用。长期运行时,交变载荷产生的疲劳断裂,易降低密封副寿命,阀门使用周期变短。以四川苏克流体控制设备股份有限公司生产的耐磨球阀为载体,借助软件SolidWorks计算得到密封副的最小应力值为6.678 MPa,满足密封要求;以计算应力值为交变载荷,选取适合的疲劳曲线,得到密封副最小生命周期为134069次循环,满足阀门服役寿命1×105次循环要求。
The sealing pair is one of the key components affecting the stable operation of the wear-resistant ball valve,under the coupling load of temperature and pressure is easy to generated stress causing seal failure or excessive opening and closing torque.When the sealing auxiliary material works under the cyclic stress lower than its yield strength for a long time,fatigue fracture is easy to occur,which affects the normal use of the valve.In long-term operation,the fatigue fracture caused by alternating load is easy to reduce the life of the seal pair,and the service cycle of the valve is shorter.Using the wear-resistant ball valve produced by Sichuan Sucher Flow Control Equipment Co.,Ltd.as the carrier,the minimum stress value of the sealing pair was calculated by using the software SolidWorks to meet the sealing requirements.Taking the calculated stress value as the alternating load and selecting the appropriate fatigue curve,the minimum life cycle of the seal pair is 134069 cycles,which meets the requirement of 1×105 cycles of valve service life.
