《氟塑料衬里闸阀》标准修订说明

摘要 《氟塑料衬里闸阀》标准的修订,是对于科学技术活动的经验总结和提升。在工业管道中,有些介质具有极强的腐蚀性,一般的碳钢阀门很快被腐蚀掉,即使是不锈钢阀门也会被腐蚀。为了解决这个问题,过去人们采用昂贵的哈氏合金、蒙乃尔合金、20号合金来解决工业管道特殊介质的输送难题。根据现代科学技术成果,氟塑料分子结构中有氟碳键及其屏蔽效应,故具有优良的耐腐蚀性、耐高(低)温性、不黏附性、电绝缘性,几乎能抵制所有化学介质(包括氢氟酸、浓硫酸、王水)的腐蚀,用氟塑料制作阀门与管道能较好的解决耐腐蚀问题。《氟塑料衬里闸阀》标准是我国拥有自主知识产权的标准,修订后的标准在公称压力、公称尺寸、氟塑料性能等方面都有较大的提升,解决了一些工业阀门与管道的特殊要求,将为企业生产经营创造更好的发展前景,将创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The revision of the"fluorine plastic lined gate valve"standard is a summary of experience and improvement of this scientific and technological activity.In the industrial pipeline,some media are extremely corrosive,the general carbon steel valve will soon be corroded,even stainless-steel valves will be corroded.In order to solve this problem,in the past,people used expensive Hastelloy alloy,Monel alloy,Alloy NO.20 to solve the transmission of special media in industrial pipelines.According to modern science and technology achievements,fluorine plastic molecular structure has fluorocarbon bond and shielding effect,so it has excellent corrosion resistance,high(low)temperature resistance,non-adhesion,electrical insulation,almost can resist all chemical media(including hydrofluoric acid,concentrated sulfuric acid,aqua royal)corrosion,fluorine plastic production valves and pipelines can better solve the problem of corrosion resistance."Fluorine plastic lining gate valve"standard is a standard with independent intellectual property rights in China,the revised standard in nominal pressure,nominal size,fluorine plastic performance and other aspects have been greatly improved,to solve the special requirements of some industrial valves and pipelines.It will create better development prospects for enterprise production and management.It will also bring good economic and social benefits.
