摘要
选取2009—2021年中国224个地级及以上城市面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型,实证检验高技术产业专业化集聚、要素市场扭曲与绿色创新绩效间的内在机理与影响效果。结果显示,高技术产业专业化集聚能够显著促进绿色创新绩效攀升;缓解要素市场扭曲是高技术产业专业化集聚赋能绿色创新绩效的重要机制。进一步分析结果表明,在高集聚水平、经济发达以及东部和中部地区,高技术产业专业化集聚对绿色创新绩效的赋能效应更为显著。
Select panel data from 224 prefecture level and above cities in China from 2009 to 2021,and use a bidirectional fixed effects model to empirically test the internal mechanism and impact effect of high-tech industry specialization agglomeration,factor mar-ket distortion,and regional green innovation performance.The conclusion shows that the specialized agglomeration of high-tech industries can significantly promote the improvement of regional green innovation performance.Alleviating factor market distortions is an important mechanism for high-tech industry specialization agglomeration to empower regional green innovation performance.Further analysis shows that in high agglomeration levels,economically developed,and the eastern and central regions,industry specialization has a more significant empowering effect on regional green innovation performance.
