中国城市扩张与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的时空演化分析

Spatial and Temporal Evolution Analysis of the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Urban Expansion and Rural Revitalization in China

基于城乡融合视角,通过构建我国城市扩张和乡村振兴的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型对2006—2020年我国30个省级行政单位城市扩张与乡村振兴的耦合协调度进行测算和综合评价分析,利用Dagum基尼系数及分解法探究耦合协调度的区域差异及主要根源,采用空间莫兰指数探讨耦合协调度的空间集聚特征。结果表明:第一,从时间趋势看,我国城市扩张和乡村振兴的耦合协调度呈递增趋势,但不同地区的耦合协调类型具有异质性。东部地区大多为初级协调阶段,中部和东北地区为勉强协调阶段,而西部地区的贵州、云南、甘肃、青海和新疆处于濒临失调阶段。第二,耦合协调度总体Dagum基尼系数差异逐渐缩小,区域间差异是影响总体差异的主要根源。第三,耦合协调度在空间上呈现“M”型波动趋势,具有显著的空间集聚现象。

Based on the perspective of urban-rural integration,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban expansion and rural revitalization in China,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure and comprehensively evaluate and analyze the coupling coordination degree between urban expansion and rural revitalization in 30 provinces from 2006 to 2020.The Dagum Gini coeff-icient and decomposition method were used to explore the regional differences and main causes of the coupling coordination degree,and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the coupling coordination degree were discussed by the spatial Moran index.The results show that:Firstly,from the perspective of time trend,the coupling coordination degree of urban expansion and rural revitalization in China shows an increasing trend,but the coupling coordination types in different regions are heterogeneous.Most of the eastern regions are in the pri-mary coordination stage,the central and northeast regions are in the reluctant coordination stage,and the western regions of Guizhou,Yunnan,Gansu,Qinghai and Xinjiang are in the verge of imbalance stage.Secondly,the overall Dagum Gini coefficient difference of coup-ling coordination degree is gradually reduced,and the inter-regional difference is the main source affecting the overall difference.Thirdly,the coupling coordination degree presents an"M"type fluctuation trend in space,with a significant spatial agglomeration phenomenon.
