基于四象限传感器的物料自动校准策略研究

摘要 为自动测量并校正物料装载前的偏移、提高物料装载精度及重复性,制定了一种物料自动校准策略,并搭建了基于四象限传感器的测量系统。物料装载至运动台前使用四象限传感器定位物料位置、姿态偏移信息并将其转化为运动台相对运动距离,以便控制运动台自动执行补偿并完成交接。通过实验验证,四象限传感器测量稳定可靠,自动校准策略可行,提升了物料传输系统的传输精度。 In order to improve the accuracy and repeatability of loading material,measure and correct the offset of material automatically,an automatic calibration strategy is formulated,and the measurement system based on the four-quadrant sensor is constructed.Before loading on the stage,the position and posture offset of material are measured by four-quadrant sensor,then turn them into relative motion distance of stage,finally the stage is controlled movement automatically to compensate and take-over the material.The reliability of four-quadrant sensor and the feasibility of automatic correction strategy are verified by experiment,which is beneficial to improve transfer precision of material transfer system.
