玉溪市土地集约利用与城镇化耦合协调时空分布与演变研究

摘要 基于玉溪市9个市县区2005年、2010年、2015年和2020年4个时间段的统计年鉴以及国民经济与社会发展统计公报等相关数据,计算耦合度、耦合协调度和相对发展度等指标,建立土地集约利用与城镇化综合评价体系,对9个市县区的土地集约利用和城镇化水平的时空演变进行分析.从分析结果看,9个市县区4个时间段的土地集约利用水平和城镇化水平均呈现逐步上升,其中红塔区位居前列;耦合度均处于拮抗阶段,但耦合度在逐步提高,总体耦合性在优化.从耦合协调度来看,大部分市县区从严重失调向轻度失调发展,部分达勉强协调,红塔区在2020年达到中级协调,但所有县区协调发展度仍具有上升空间.从相对发展度来看,9个市县区可分为4个类型,分别为滞后-同步发展阶段、超前发展阶段、超前-同步-滞后发展、滞后发展阶段. Based on the statistics yearbooks of the nine cities,counties and districts subordinate to Yuxi City in 2005,2010,2015 and 2020 and the relevant data from the statistical bulletins on national economic and social development,a comprehensive index system was established to evaluate the levels of intensive land use and urbanization through calculation of the coupling degree,coupling coordination degree and relative development degree.This paper analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution of intensive land use and urbanization level in the nine cities,counties and districts.The results show that the nine areas saw a gradual increase in the level of intensive land utilization and urbanization during the four time periods,of which Hongta District was the most impressive;although all of them were in the stage of antagonism,the coupling degree grew continuously and the overall coupling was optimized.In terms of coupling coordination,most of these areas experienced an evolution from serious imbalance to slight imbalance from 2005 to 2020,with some areas barely reaching balance.Hongta District achieved intermediate coordination in 2020,but the degree of coordinated development of all counties and districts still has room for improvement.From the perspective of relative development,all of the nine counties can be divided into four types,which are lag-synchronous development stage,advanced development stage,advanced-synchronous-lagging development stage and lagging development stage.
