李海霞教授认为,房颤发病以真阳亏虚为本,以气滞、血瘀、痰饮等实邪壅塞为标,临床基于“一息真阳”论治房颤。以扶阳抑阴为治疗原则,扶阳助阳贯穿始终,辅用健脾行气化痰、活血逐瘀通络、潜镇养心安神等法,灵活变通,法随证出,抑阴亦是扶阳。阵发性房颤,效如桴鼓,持续性房颤,循序渐愈。

Professor Li Haixia believes that the onset of atrial fibrillation is based on the deficiency of true yang,and qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm and fluid retention and other excessive pathogens are as the symptoms.Clinical treatment of atrial fibrillation is based on the theory of"one breath of true yang".The treatment principle is supporting yang and suppressing yin,and both strengthening yang and reinforcing yang run through the entire process of treatment,supplemented with methods of regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen and dissipating phlegm,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and removing obstruction in collaterals,and nourishing heart and tranquillizing the mind,which is flexible and adaptable,and can be used according to symptoms,and suppressing yin is also supporting yang.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation has the significant therapeutic effect,and persistent atrial fibrllation repuires gradually recovery.
