资源建设是社区教育发展的重要内容之一,其质量直接影响着社区教育的可持续发展。数字化转型背景下,不同地区数字化社区教育资源建设水平存在较大差距,资源利用率还不够高,资源平台的支持服务能力也亟待加强,这可能是由建设标准不够统一、管理机制不够清晰、投入渠道较为单一、建设人才不够充足等原因导致,未来可通过科学研制建设标准、共建共享教育资源、拓宽经费筹措渠道、加强专兼职师资队伍建设等路径,为社区教育高质量发展蓄势赋能。

Resource construction is one of the important contents of community education development,and its quality directly affects the sustainable development of community education.Under the background of digital transformation,there is a big gap in the construction level of digital community education resource in different regions,the utilization rate of resource is not high enough,and the support service ability of resource platform needs to be strengthened urgently.This may be caused by the lack of unified construction standard,unclear management mechanism,relatively single investment channel,and insufficient construction talents.In the future,it is suggested that the high-quality development of community education should be empowered by developing the construction standard scientifically,building and sharing the educational resources together,broadening the financing channels,strengthening the construction of full-time and part-time teachers and so on.
