摘要
乡村教师社会情感能力融会贯通于乡村振兴内生发展的价值要义之中,以融贯乡村教育的发展逻辑、融通乡土文化的精神内核、融创乡村治理的组织机制为进路,发挥夯实学生成长基底、筑牢文化振兴底蕴、焕发乡村基层活力的作用。它积淀于传统乡贤的文化价值、浸润于文化存在论教育学的鲜明特质、淬砺于乡村振兴的时代征程,是历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑共同作用的精华和结晶。在充分发挥乡村教师社会情感能力,扎实推进乡村振兴的实践征程中,须立足传承性,系承乡土文化的价值意蕴;立足生成性,打造协同共进的发展体系;立足实践性,谱绘乡村振兴的时代蓝图。
Social-emotional competence of rural teachers is integrated into the value essence of the endogenous development of rural revitalization.By integrating the development logic of rural education,the spiritual core of local culture and the organizational mechanism of rural governance,it can play a role in consolidating the foundation of students’growth,building the foundation of cultural revitalization and rejuvenating the vitality of rural grassroots.It is the essence and crystallization of the joint action of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,which is accumulated in the cultural value of traditional rural sages,infiltrated in the distinctive characteristics of cultural ontology pedagogy,and tempered in the era journey of rural revitalization.In the practical journey of giving full play to the social-emotional competence of rural teachers to promote rural revitalization,we must base ourselves on inheritance and inherit the value implication of local culture;based on generative,build a coordinated development system;based on practicality,draw a blueprint for the era of rural revitalization.
