摘要
作为联结学校和家庭情感最直接、最有效、最“质感”的方式,乡村教师家访以一种温暖有爱的姿态构建并维系着乡村学校、儿童和家庭之间的互动信任关系。这种关系对于促进乡村儿童全面发展,落实立德树人根本任务,明晰家校育人的责、权、利,形成家校协同育人共同体,发挥乡村教师“乡贤”作用,营建乡村教育生态,具有重要价值。目前,实践中的乡村教师家访正面临着制度建设滞后、教师家访素养不足,以及家访环境支持不利的困境。推进新时代乡村教师家访,需要把握乡村振兴战略契机,健全乡村教师家访支持机制,立足乡村教师“乡贤”定位,提升乡村教师家访素养,从良性互动入手,营造乡村教师家访环境,确保乡村教师家访价值的全面实现。
As the most direct,effective and“qualitative”way to link the emotional connection between schools and families,rural teachers’home visiting build and maintain the interactive trust relationship between rural schools,children and families with a warm and loving attitude,and promote the all-round development of rural children,implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,clarify the responsibilities and rights of family and school education,form a community of family and school coordinated education.It is a great value to give play to the function of rural teachers as“rural elite”to build a benign interactive ecology of rural education.At present,the rural teachers’home visiting is facing the predicament of the lag of the system construction,the lack of the teachers’home visiting literacy and the disadvantageous support of the home visitings environment.Promoting home visitings for rural teachers in the new era,it is necessary to grasp the opportunity of rural revitalization strategy,perfect the supporting mechanism of rural teachers’home visitings,base on the position of rural teachers as“Rural elite”,improve their quality of home visitings,and create a good interaction environment for rural teachers’home visitings,to ensure the full realization of the value of home visitings for rural teachers.
