乳腺癌已成为全球及我国女性发病率第一的癌症,且近年来发病率不断升高,呈现出年轻化趋势,影响女性生命健康。长期以来,乳腺癌根治术一直是乳腺癌外科治疗的经典术式,随着医疗技术的进步,越来越多的乳腺癌被早期诊断,外科治疗理念由“最大可耐受治疗”向“最小有效治疗”转变,各国保乳治疗的实施率越来越高,但我国保乳治疗率尚处于较低水平,如何增强公众对保乳治疗的认识、提高保乳治疗率成为临床探讨的热点话题。
