摘要
近年来多项研究表明三级淋巴结构(tertiary lymphoid structures,TLS)与大多恶性肿瘤良好预后及免疫治疗疗效相关,对临床的治疗决策选择具有重要作用,但肿瘤相关基因改变和TLS之间的关系还很少被研究,基因改变在TLS诱导调控中的具体作用如何?本文将对肿瘤TLS的组成和结构、形成机制、肿瘤相关基因改变与TLS关系、对肿瘤预后影响、以及未来展望等方面进行综述,更详细地了解TLS的功能及其基因改变在其中的潜在作用,以期为临床精准治疗及新药物的开发提供相关依据。
In recent years,several studies have shown that tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)are associated with good prognosis and immunotherapy efficacy in most malignant tumors and play an important role in clinical treatment options.But the relationship between tumor-associated gene alterations and TLS has rarely been investigated.What is the specific role of gene alterations in the regulation of TLS induction?In this paper,we will review the composition,structure and formation mechanism of TLS,relationship between tumor-associated gene alterations and TLS,impact on tumor prognosis,as well as future perspectives to understand the function of TLS and the potential role of gene alterations in it in more detail,to provide a relevant basis for clinical precision therapy and the development of new drugs.
