2种治疗非透析肾性贫血用药方案经济学评价

Evaluate the Economy of two Treatment for Non⁃dialytic Renal Anemia

目的从医疗机构角度,分析比较2种治疗非透析老年患者肾性贫血用药方案的经济性,为临床优化药物治疗方案提供参考。方法回顾性查阅2020年7月至2023年8月某医院非透析老年肾性贫血住院患者使用罗沙司他胶囊﹑重组人促红素⁃β注射液的病历,采用成本⁃效果分析和成本⁃效用分析评价2种治疗方案的经济性,并进行敏感度分析。结果罗沙司他组成本、效果、效用均小于重组人促红素⁃β组,增量成本⁃效果比为46.73元/g·L^(-1),增量成本⁃效用比为67757.14元/QALYS,小于意愿支付阈值;敏感度分析显示本研究结果可靠。结论罗沙司他治疗非透析老年患者肾性贫血比重组人促红素⁃β具有一定的经济学优势。

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for optimizing drug treatment plans in clinical practice,the eco⁃nomic benefits of two drug⁃therapies for renal anemia in non⁃dialysis elderly patients were analyzed and compared from the perspective of medical institutions.METHODS The medical records of non⁃dialysis elderly patients with renal anemia treated using roxadustat capsules and recombinant human erythropoietin⁃βwere reviewed in a certain hospital from July 2020 to August 2023.Cost effectiveness analysis and cost⁃utility analysis were used to evaluate the economics of two treatment options,and sensitivity analysis of influencing factors were conducted.RESULTS The cost,effectiveness,and utility of roxadusta group were less than those of recombinant human erythropoietin⁃βrespec⁃tively.The incremental cost⁃effectiveness ratio was 46.73 yuan/g·L^(-1).And the incremental cost⁃utility ratio was 67757.14 yuan/QALYS,which was less than the willingness⁃to⁃pay threshold;Sensitivity analysis showed that the re⁃sults of this study were reliable.CONCLUSION The treatment of renal anemia in non⁃dialysis elderly patients by using roxadustat capsules was economically more advantageous than using recombinant human erythropoietin⁃β.
