阿仑膦酸钠联合阿法骨化醇对PMOP患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Alendronate Sodium Combined with Alfacalcitol in Patients with Postmenopausal osteoporosis PMOP

目的观察阿仑膦酸钠联合阿法骨化醇对PMOP的临床疗效。方法60例PMOP患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组仅给阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上添加阿法骨化醇片,两组均连续治疗1年。对比分析两组患者的骨密度、疼痛程度,并评估临床疗效,掌握不良事件及骨折发生率。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.47%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后测定,治疗组的右边股骨颈、L1⁃L4的骨密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组骨折发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但组间不良事件发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠和阿法骨化醇合用能够显著提高PMOP患者的临床治疗效果,对提高骨密度、缓解疼痛、预防骨折有积极作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of alendronate sodium combined with alfacalcitol on Postmenopausal osteoporosis PMOP.METHODS Sixty patients with PMOP were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with alendronate sodium tablets,while the treatment group was supple⁃mented with alpfacalcitriol in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one year.Compare and analyze the bone density and pain level of two groups of patients,evaluate clinical efficacy,and grasp the incidence of adverse events and fractures.RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.47%,significantly higher than the control group′s 73.33%(P<0.05);After treatment,the bone density of the right femoral neck and L1⁃L4 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of fractures in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Alendronate sodium combined with alfa calcitol can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of PMOP pa⁃tients,and has positive effects on improving bone mineral density,relieving pain and preventing fracture.
