门诊药房自动发药机的优化实践

Optimization Practice of Automatic Dispensing Machine in Outpatient Pharmacy

目的为医疗机构门诊药房自动发药机的使用提供优化实践参考。方法根据我院门诊药房的特点,充分发挥医院医疗信息系统的功能,对自动发药机的后台信息系统进行维护,并对门诊药房的发药窗口及调剂台重新进行调整,对自动发药机上药流程进行优化。结果优化措施实施前后患者5 min以内可以取药的占比由40.53%增加到59.02%,平均直发任务比例由42.04%提升至55.96%。结论患者的取药等待时间缩短,调剂人员工作强度降低,自动发药机的效率提高,门诊药房的药学服务得到提升。

OBJECTIVE To provide optimal reference for automatic dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy of medical institutions.METHODS According to the characteristics of outpatient medication in our hospital,give full play to the function of the hospital information system,optimize the information system of automatic drug dispens⁃er and set the drug dispensing window again,and optimize the drug loading and drug dispensing process of automatic drug dispenser.RESULTS Before and after the implementation of optimization measures,the proportion of patients available within 5 min increased from 40.53%to 59.02%,and the average proportion of straight hair tasks increased from 42.04%to 55.96%.CONCLUSION Patient waiting time has decreased,the labor intensity of dispensing personnel was reduced,the efficiency of automatic dispensing machines was improved,and the pharmaceutical service in outpatient pharmacies was improved.
