摘要
为解决报警功能电路器件种类多、布置复杂、装配烦琐等问题,优化电路采用模块化设计,并在设计中采用了多通道输入输出、信号隔离、可调频率输出、导轨式安装等设计方案。改进后测试结果表明,报警功能模块应用于控制系统中较之前实现了同样的报警功能,且提高了该功能电路的安全性、通用性、抗干扰性、易装配性。
In order to solve the problem about too many devices,complex layout and difficulty in assembly,in the module design,multi-channel input and output,signal isolation,adjustable frequency output,guide rail installation and other multiple design schemes are adopted.The test results show that the alarm function module realizes the same alarm function in the system,and improves its safety,versatility,immunity and east assembly.
