摘要
DCS作为核电站的神经中枢系统,在保障核电站安全可靠运行中发挥着重要作用。研究了数字孪生技术在核电DCS领域的应用:探讨了数据驱动模型、物理驱动模型分别在DCS系统、DCS设备的数字孪生过程中的应用;VR技术与核电DCS数字孪生技术在核电DCS领域的结合方式。基于虚拟DCS技术、多尺度/多物理场模拟技术构建核电DCS健康监测系统,探索了数字孪生技术的核心功能:实时仿真、重现、优化和预测在核电DCS健康监测系统中的实现方式。
As the nerve center system of nuclear power plants,DCS plays an important role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants.The application of digital twin technology in the field of nuclear power DCS is studied:the application of data-driven model and physical-driven model in the digital twin process of DCS system and DCS equipment,respectively,is explored;the way of combining VR technology and nuclear power DCS digital twin technology in the field of nuclear power DCS.Building a nuclear DCS health monitoring system based on virtual DCS technology,multi-scale/multi-physical field simulation technology,and exploring the way to implement the core functions of digital twin technology:real-time simulation,reproduction,optimization and prediction in nuclear DCS health monitoring system.
