子午流注择时全息经络刮痧治疗变应性鼻炎脾气虚弱证疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of meridian stream timing holographic meridian1 scraping on allergic rhinitis with spleen-qideficiency syndrome

目的 观察子午流注择时全息经络刮痧治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)脾气虚弱证的疗效。方法 选取2019年10月-2022年3月在北京中医药大学东方医院耳鼻喉科门诊及中医特色护理门诊就诊的AR脾气虚弱证患者62例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组因个人原因中断治疗1例,最终纳入30例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,10 mg/d,睡前口服,连续治疗4周。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予子午流注择时全息经络刮痧治疗,治疗时间为巳时(9:00-11:00)。观察比较2组疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分、复发率。结果观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组为74.19%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、生活质量评分较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。随访6个月,对照组复发率34.8%(8/23),观察组为10.7%(3/28),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用子午流注理论择巳时全息经络刮痧治疗AR脾气虚弱证,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective To observe the effect of meridian stream timing holographic meridian scraping on patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome.Methods 62 patients with allergic rhinitis of spleen-qi deficiencysyndrome,who were treated in the Otolaryngology Outpatient Department and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Outpatient Department of Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to March 2022,were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,31 cases in each group.In the observation group,1 case was interrupted for personal reasons,and 30 cases were finally included.The control group took loratadine orally once a day before sleep,the observation group was given meridian stream timing holographic meridian scraping once a week for 9 am~ll am(9:00 am-1l:00 am)on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment of both groups is 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score and recurrence rate before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group and 74.19%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant t(P<0.05)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Follow-up for 6 months showed that the recurrence rate was 34.8%(8/23)in the control group and 10.7%(3/28)in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of meridian flow timing holographic meridian scraping to intervene allergic rhinitis with spleen qi defciency can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence and improve quality of life of patients.
