With the development of informatization,intelligence and digitalization,the digital economy has developed rapidly,which has led to great changes not only in production structure and labor mode,but also in social income distribution structure.Against this background,exploring Marx's distribution theory and his triple criticism of the premise,content and principles of Lassalle's distribution thought can not only further clarify the relation between production and distribution,and illustrate the rich connotation of distribution theory,but also point out the direction for how to conduct distribution in this new era.
