中华民族现代文明视域下的北疆文化

Northern Borden Region Culture:A Constituent of Modern Civilization of the Chinese Nation

《内蒙古自治区党委关于全方位建设模范自治区的决定》中提出,打造以各民族交往交流交融、守望相助、共同弘扬蒙古马精神和“三北精神”、铸牢中华民族共同体意识为基本内容的北疆文化品牌。北疆文化是在马克思主义同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合的背景下提出的全新概念,需要充分把握其内涵特征。作为中华民族现代文明的重要组成部分,北疆文化具有超越性、连续性、创新性、历史统一性、包容性以及和平性。打造北疆文化品牌必须以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,把草原文化、农耕文化、黄河文化、长城文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化融为一体,创新发展,为建设中华民族现代文明作出应有贡献。

The Decision of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee on Building a Model Autonomous Region in an All-round Way proposes to build a cultural brand of northern border region based on exchanges among all ethnic groups,mutual help,joint promotion of the spirit of the Mongolian horse and the“ThreeNorth Spirit,”and building a sense of community of the Chinese nation.Northern border region culture is a new concept put forward against the background of combining Marxism with China's reality and fine traditional Chinese culture,so its connotation and characteristics need to be fully grasped.As an important part of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,the northern border region culture is characterized by transcendence,continuity,innovation,historical unity,inclusiveness and peace.To build a cultural brand of northern border region,we must focus on building a sense of community of the Chinese nation,integrate grassland culture,farming culture,Yellow River culture,Great Wall culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture to achieve innovative development,and make contributions to the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
