摘要
门克庆选煤厂从重介浅槽分选系统工艺整体优化的视角,构建了重介浅槽分选密度控制数字化模型,通过判断当前合介桶液位是否在正常液位波动区间内自动控制分流阀与密度调节阀开度,实现控制合介桶液位的目的,并在合介桶液位正常的基础上,通过设定合介密度控制区间与实际密度值的差值,自动进行分流阀、密度调节阀、合介桶补水阀的调控,实现重介浅槽分选系统密度稳定,保证重介浅槽分选过程的分选精度,解决传统重介系统密度调控主要依赖人工调节,易出现产品产率及质量不稳定的现象,降低了人工劳动强度。
The intelligent density control system of Menkeqing coal preparation plant automatically controlled the opening of diverter valve and density regulating valve by judging whether the liquid level of qualified medium bucket is within the normal liquid level fluctuation range,so as to control the liquid level of qualified medium bucket.Through the difference between the setting range of suspension density and the actual density value,the diverter valve,density regulating valve and water make-up valve of combined medium barrel were automatically regulated,which realized the density stability of dense-medium separation,solved the phenomena of density overshoot,,and reduced the labor intensity.
