The application practice of S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone in Yaoqiao Coal Preparation Plant was introduced.The main technical and economic indexes of the S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone,such as power consumption per ton of coal and waste discharge capacity,were briefly reviewed on the premise of not changing the processing capacity of the original system.The process effect of S-3GHMC440/160 super heavy medium cyclone in actual production,such as possible deviation,quantity efficiency and coal loss rate of gangue belt,is analyzed.Through the final data verification,it is considered that the equipment has the advantages of large processing capacity,low power consumption,strong discharge capacity,high sorting accuracy,small possible deviation and high quantity efficiency.
