摘要
根据黄陵一号煤矿北一采空区矿井涌水的水质、水量与井下生产用水要求,结合一号煤矿井下实际生产情况,研究采用混凝分离工艺在井下处理该区域涌水并回用的技术方案。研究结果表明,混凝分离工艺具有流程短、构筑物少、占地面积小、自控程度高、运维管理简单、运行成本低等优点,适于采空区涌水井下处理回用,预计建成后将取得良好的社会和经济效益。
According to the water quality,water quantity and underground production water requirements of the mine gushing water in the north of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,combined with the actual production situation of the mine,the technical scheme of underground treatment and reuse of the water gushing in this area by coagulation separation process is studied and determined.The research results show that the coagulation separation process has the advantages of short flow,less structures,small area,high self-control,simple operation and maintenance management,and low operating cost.It is suitable for the treatment and reuse of goaf gusher water well,and is expected to achieve good social and economic benefits after completion.
