摘要
沥青通过特定的聚合物改性后兼具自愈合性、非极性等性能,在建筑、道路等领域大量应用,但是高性能改性沥青较难乳化且乳液极不稳定。随着社会双碳目标的深度推进,传统的沥青乳化技术以及材料性能已经无法满足高质量发展需要。本研究在不改变现有乳化工艺基础上,采用生物基乳化增强剂MY提升了阳离子乳化剂性能,并制备了具备优异的机械、化学和贮存稳定性,同时还具备破乳可控的高性能Pickering改性沥青乳液,在国内外各类工程气候场景应用方面取得较好效果,有巨大的发展前景。
Bitumen modified by a specific polymer has both self-healing and non-polar properties,which is widely applied in the fields of buildings and roads.But the high performance modified asphalt is difficult to be emulsified and the emulsion is very unstable.With the advancement of double-carbon goal,the traditional modified asphalt technology and material properties can not meet the needs of high quality developments.This research is based on current emulsification technology and adopts bio-based emulsifier MY to improve the properties of cationic emulsion,and to make high performance bio-based Pickering emulsion with excellent mechanization,chemical and storage stability.It has obtained great effects in the applications of all kinds of engineering climate scenarios both at home and abroad,and will have great development prospects.
