摘要
随着苏里格气田开发的深入,积液气井数量逐年增加,气井积液严重影响了气井产能的正常发挥。柱塞气举作为一种高效的排水采气措施,在苏里格气田已经形成了规模化的应用,但由于苏里格气田地质动态复杂,无统一的柱塞气举效果评价方法,通过柱塞选井、制度优化、效果评价3个方面展开分析,形成了柱塞气举效果评价方法。结果表明:柱塞选井应考虑气井当前产能,柱塞制度应以周期效果进行调整优化,Foss&Gaul模型可作为柱塞应用效果的评价方法。
With the development of Sulige gas field,the number of gas wells with fluid accumulation increases year by year,and the fluid accumulation seriously affects the normal production of gas wells.As an efficient drainage and gas production measure,plunger gas lift has been applied on a large scale in Sulige Gas field.However,due to the complex geological dynamics of Sulige gas field,there is no unified plunger gas lift evaluation method.Therefore,through the analysis of plunger well selection,system optimization and effect evaluation,the evaluation method of plunger gas lift effect has been formed.The results show that the plunger selection should consider the current production capacity of gas wells,the plunger system should be adjusted and optimized according to the periodic effect,and the Foss&Gaul model can be used as the evaluation method of plunger application effect.
