摘要
由枯竭型气藏改建而成的S储气库具有埋藏浅、衰竭程度高、压力系数低、运行周期长等特点,主要技术难题为储层保护和井筒完整性。针对S储气库的地质特点和生产要求,通过对井身结构、钻井液屏蔽暂堵体系、套管选材和气密封扣、水泥浆体系等方面进行研究,形成了浅层枯竭型气藏储气库钻井配套技术,并安全高效地应用于18口注采井及监测井的钻完井作业。现场试气压力恢复数据解释储层表皮系数为负值,储层保护效果明显;施工后环空各压力系统不互窜,井筒完整性良好。气库目前注采正常,运行良好,为国内类似储气库建设提供一定的借鉴。
The S gas reservoir reconstructed from depleted gas reservoir has the characteristics of shallow burial,high depletion degree,low pressure coefficient and long operating cycle.The main technical problems are reservoir protection and well integrity.According to the geological characteristics and production requirements of S gas reservoir,through the research of well structure,drilling fluid shielding temporary plugging system,casing material selection and gas seal,cement slurry system,etc.,the supporting technology of shallow depleted gas reservoir gas storage is formed,and it is safely and efficiently applied to the drilling and completion of 18injection-production wells and monitoring wells.The field gas test pressure recovery data explains that the reservoir skin coefficient is negative,and the reservoir protection effect is obvious.After the construction,the pressure systems in the annulus are not channeling each other,and the wellbore integrity is good.At present,the gas storage is normal in injection and production and runs well,which provides a certain reference for the construction of similar gas storage in China.
