纳米SiO_(2)增强高强套筒灌浆料及高温后性能试验研究

摘要 研究了常温下不同纳米SiO_(2)(NS)掺量(0、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%)对高强套筒灌浆料流动度和强度的影响,以及不同高温温度(150、200、250℃)下NS掺量对高强套筒灌浆料质量损失和强度的影响,并进行了微观机理分析。结果表明:常温下,NS的掺入降低了灌浆料的流动度,灌浆料的强度随NS掺量的增加先增大后降低;高温后,灌浆料的质量损失率随温度的升高逐渐增大,抗折强度逐渐降低,抗压强度先增大后降低;NS的掺入能够降低灌浆料的质量损失率和抗折强度损失率,提高抗压强度,且随着NS掺量的增加,质量损失率和抗折强度损失率先降低后增大;NS能够改善灌浆料的内部孔结构;随着温度的升高,灌浆料的内部结构先密实后疏松。 The effects of different nano-SiO_(2)(NS)contents(0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%,2.0%)on the fluidity and strength of high strength sleeve grouting material at room temperature,and the effects of NS content on the mass loss and strength of high strength sleeve grouting material at different high temperatures(150,200,250℃)were studied,and the microscopic mechanism was analyzed.The results show that at room temperature,the addition of NS reduces the fluidity of grouting material,and the strength of grouting material first increases and then decreases with the increase of NS content.After high temperature,the mass loss rate of grouting material increases gradually with the increase of temperature,the flexural strength decreases gradually,and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases.The addition of NS can reduce the mass loss rate and the flexural strength loss rate of grouting material,and improve the compressive strength,and with the increase of NS content,the mass loss rate and flexural strength loss rate first decrease and then increase.NS can improve the internal pore structure of grouting material.With the increase of temperature,the internal structure of grouting material is first dense and then loose.
